2 modern milling machines (DMG MORI company) assure high precision of making elements up to 0,005 mm.

We posses numerically-controlled CNC press, which can operate in 3 axes.

Parameters of the press brake:

• press: 400 t
• bending length: 4,2 m
• max thickness of the plate: 12 mm

We offer turning on 6 conventional turning machines which are often irreplaceable while working on individual items and during regeneration of elements.

Parameters of conventional turning machines:

• diameter of turning: 6-600 mm
• max length of turning: 3000 mm

Thanks to qualified welding Staff we can offer welding both small and long complicated constructions. We weld with the TIG and MIG/MAG method. Welding aluminum and stainless element is performed in a separated room which causes that the customer is sure that the elements will not have contact with with regular steel, which prevents corrosion.

We offer the possibility of precise surface finishing by grinding. Hence, we can achieve roughness which is not achievable on CNC machines, including more conventional ones.

Parameters of cylindrical grinding machine:

• max length of grinding: 500 mm
• diameter range: 8 -200 mm

Parameters of surface grinder:

• max surface of an element: 630×200 mm
• max height: 320 mm

We are able to make virtually every feeding screw with the diameter up to 600 mm, 6 mm thickness both of mild and stainless plate. We can deliver the spiral only or fully prepared feeding screw on a pipe/roller.
